Premetto che sto già usando lo shampoo della Rekze e che mi trovo molto bene, per cui ero curiosa di provare anche il gel.
Gli ingredienti sono certamente ottimi (olio di argan, caffeina, cheratina, Proline) e e non dubito che presentino una qualità superiore rispetto a gel non specifici. Tuttavia ammetto che non so capire se abbia “anche” un effetto preventivo della caduta dei capelli. L’impressione è quella di un gel con effetto strong, che tiene in piega per ore e che si rimuove con un colpo di spazzola o una doccia.
Forse tende a non seccare e a non rovinare i capelli, in questo può aiutare l’applicazione degli altri prodotti della linea (il cui uso infatti viene raccomandato).
Il prezzo è in effetti alto per un mero effetto styling. Di contro, dura a lungo: consiglio di usare una dose contenuta perchè ne serve davvero poco.

A styling gel that helps with hair loss? Well REKZE 27 Anti-Hair Loss & Hair Growth Stimulating Styling Gel seems to claim it does, though if you read on you’ll find that this is in conjunction with their shampoo, conditioner and serum, too, plus wipes if you want them.
In a way, this makes sense. If you use styling gel already and have hair loss then it’s a good way to combine the two products, but the reliance on also having to use the other products to make this work well isn’t as good. So far in a month and a bit, this has shown only slight signs of working when used with the other items and using it without doesn’t really do anything.
It’s really down to cost and whether you place more importance on hair regrowth over cash. There’s no doubt this does something when used with other products in the range, but you’ll need to pay a lot to get the results and, depending on how your scalp reacts to it, it may or may not be all that noticeable.

I have allergies and sensitive skin, so I have to be careful about the products I use. This hair gel did not have any adverse effects on me. However, the scent was pretty strong and manly. Even though the scent does not linger for a long time, this is not a product I will continue to use.
I have fine hair that is easily weighed down by products like hair gels. I always mix a little bit of gel and water in the palm of my hand before I apply it to my hair. This does what you would expect hair gel to do.

Ok, I’m not a believer in fairy tales and also happen to know that hair growth is such a complex genetically and environmentally predetermined process that no products for, I repeat – no product, applied externally can stimulate the process alone. That’s not to say you are doomed, but don’t expect miracles!
Now , this range is absolutely amazing. Expensive, but since we are talking guys with receding hairline…😏, a drop is enough for one application … literally. So, it works out fantastic value for 💰, even at that steep price.
What does it do?
I’m not 100% sure what each product in the range does on its own, as we use the whole range, but it does give you a feeling and an illusion of a much fuller head of hair. No word of a lie. I believe it strips your hair of something that weighs it down, treats the roots and follicles to stop them pushing out those grainy greasy bits, doesn’t allow your hair to clamp together and as a result – a visually noticeable improvement after the very first application guaranteed. And with regular use, the process slows down and the effect lasts longer between the washes.
My hubby is rapidly loosing his hair at the top and it cannot be stopped, we are under no illusion, it’s genetic, should see his dad. This range ( please note we use all four products – shampoo, conditioner, serum and gell) has significantly slowed the process down and showed substantial improvement, not in how much hair we have, but in how little we lose and how healthy the remaining hair is.
I cannot recommend this highly enough, as the jury is out after three weeks of use, and the verdict is that the range of this products really makes a difference.
