- DHL Global Mail Economy
- DHL Global Mail Standard
- DHL Global Mail Expedited
Shipping can take between 2 – 28 working days for transit (departure > arriving on the country of destination), and for these services, we use Post Service for final delivery (RoyalMail, USPS, SingaporePost, Australia Post, Canada Post etc.). These options have partial tracking information. That means it depends on the service. The parcel can get scans only on departure and when arrived in the destination country.

All our shipments are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). For this reason, the customer has full responsibility for Customs clearance. If the customer doesn’t cooperate with the Customs to finalize the import and the pack is destroyed or returned, all the costs are supported by the customer.
The transit time/delivery time is not guaranteed because we can’t control shipping companies. There are many changes in this pandemic period, embargo, a low number of flights, etc., which can delay the delivery.
We strongly recommend checking with your national post for more info is any delay, embargo, etc., for inbound international shipments.
Damaged package? Once the package was picked up from us by the carrier, the entire responsibility for delivery in optimal conditions rests with the transport company. In this case first step is to open a claim with the carrier. Each country has a different way to manage this type of situation. For this reason, you need to contact them directly.
